Performance Management: Ensure domain performance is measurable and trackable. Utilize data analytics to identify problems and implement systematic improvements. Develop risk metrics and action plans to mitigate performance risks.

Transformation and Optimization: Co-build global transformation strategies and roadmaps. Measure the impact of transformations on performance and job satisfaction, while addressing local process specifics.

Skill Development: Validate and implement skill development initiatives within the zone. Manage competency risks and co-define job sheets and learning solutions to support future job evolution.

Network Coordination: Lead the zone Process Domain Manager network to foster collaboration and best practice sharing. Organize problem-solving initiatives and ensure alignment on priorities with global and zone managers. Engage with external networks for benchmarking and strengthening domain practices.
