Role Summary:

As a Social and CSR - Associate/Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of social programs designed to create meaningful and positive community impacts. This role involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders, monitoring program outcomes and aligning activities with Decathlon’s CSR vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • I prepare and share updates on CSR and social initiatives for internal and external platforms.
  • I develop communication materials to highlight CSR activities and achievements.  
  • I build relationships with all key stakeholders, committee and leadership,  partner NGOs, implementing organizations, etc.
  • I work with multiple teams to implement programs.
  • I connect different stakeholders for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • I collaborate with and support stakeholders to achieve desired program outcomes.
  • I promote employee engagement.
  • I collaborate with and support stakeholders to achieve desired program outcomes.
  • I share and promote best practices in CSR.
  • I support implementing CSR projects aligned with the organization's mission.
  • I monitor and evaluate programs through detailed reports and on-site visits to ensure objectives are met.
  • I ensure compliance with CSR policies and processes.
  • I ensure documentation and reporting to maintain transparency and accountability.

Profile

Key Requirements:

  • Educational background - Graduate/Post Graduate in Social Work or CSR or related fields.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • On-ground experience & willing to be on-ground.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
