Mission


  • Logistics Process & Performance 

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • To give insights using data tools for boosting the overall performance of processes/ solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Conduct regular reviews of logistics performance and give insights to the stakeholders.

  • Process Optimization & integration

  • Evaluate and refine logistics processes to boost efficiency and minimize costs.

  • Introduce and apply best practices and innovative solutions to enhance logistics operations.

  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness. 

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the logistics team.

  • Availability Management

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to inventory management and reporting.

  • Implement strategies to minimize inventory carrying costs, such as reducing lead times

  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. 

  • Develop and maintain inventory tracking systems to streamline inventory management processes.

Profile

Industrial Engineering profiles with a strong blend of technical and interpersonal skills are preferred with following skill sets :

Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze complex data and processes to identify patterns and root causes of problems is critical.

Project Management: They must be skilled in managing projects from conception to completion, often with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential for explaining new processes to teams, gaining buy-in from management, and training employees.

Problem-Solving: A Process Manager must be a proactive problem-solver, able to anticipate issues and develop creative solutions.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with process management software, data analysis tools and methodologies
