Mission
Logistics Process & Performance
Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
To give insights using data tools for boosting the overall performance of processes/ solutions.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Conduct regular reviews of logistics performance and give insights to the stakeholders.
Process Optimization & integration
Evaluate and refine logistics processes to boost efficiency and minimize costs.
Introduce and apply best practices and innovative solutions to enhance logistics operations.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the logistics team.
Availability Management
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to inventory management and reporting.
Implement strategies to minimize inventory carrying costs, such as reducing lead times
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain inventory tracking systems to streamline inventory management processes.
Profile
Industrial Engineering profiles with a strong blend of technical and interpersonal skills are preferred with following skill sets :
Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze complex data and processes to identify patterns and root causes of problems is critical.
Project Management: They must be skilled in managing projects from conception to completion, often with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential for explaining new processes to teams, gaining buy-in from management, and training employees.
Problem-Solving: A Process Manager must be a proactive problem-solver, able to anticipate issues and develop creative solutions.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with process management software, data analysis tools and methodologies
