  • Energy Purchase Strategy:Develop strategies for conventional and renewable energy (e.g., onsite/offsite PPA, Green Tariff, EACs) to achieve 100% renewable energy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:Prepare materials for strategy validation through a decisional board with key stakeholders.

Energy Management & Sustainability Programs

  • Program Development:Design, develop, and implement practices to reduce energy usage and improve efficiency.
  • Project Coordination:Oversee energy projects and provide guidance for new construction initiatives.
  • Financial Evaluation:Evaluate the financial feasibility of energy projects for budgeting, approvals, and stakeholder briefings.
  • Reporting & Compliance:Report on energy and sustainability activities, ensuring compliance with governmental regulations and leveraging available policies.
  • CO₂ Reduction:Monitor and build the overall CO₂ emission reduction trajectory.

Energy Efficiency

  • Data Analysis:Monitor and analyze historical energy consumption to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Technical Assessments:Conduct on-site energy assessments and surveys.
  • Technology Research:Explore alternative renewable energy technologies to drive operational cost savings and CO₂ reductions (scope 1 & 2).
  • Cultural Development:Foster a local sustainable energy management culture through training and technical support.
  • Guidelines Creation:Develop an energy efficiency booklet/guideline incorporating best practices and actionable equipment recommendations.
  • Benchmarking:Lead follow-ups and benchmarking initiatives by establishing an Energy Purchase Management Group/Ecosystem and collaborating with global peers.

Data Management & Training for Optimization

  • Centralized Monitoring:Implement a system for centralized data collection and performance tracking of energy consumption.
  • Data Analytics:Ensure data reliability and use analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing:Organize regular training sessions on energy efficiency, best practices, and system optimization for store, zonal, and warehouse teams.
  • Reporting Support:Develop knowledge-sharing platforms to enhance energy-saving initiatives and support internal/external reporting on energy efficiency and GHG emissions reduction.
