Today, we are recruiting for a Financial Process Analyst leading the Accounts Payable Process and handling the accounting of services.

As Accounts Payable Finance Process Analyst.

• You coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a payment on time.
• You animate Finance Business Units on their respective, AP accounting data quality.
• You guarantee timely and reliable internal invoices reconciliation with other internal companies during Group monthly closing.
• You analyze, optimize and mitigate the risks of the AP process.

• You record and reconcile the payroll on monthly basis closely with Payroll team.
• You ensure that Services accounting records reflect precisely the reality and are compliant with company Standards, local tax and accounting regulations.
• You ensure a regular accounting review on your perimeter for audit purpose.
• You take initiatives to innovate and challenge current processes and bring in efficiency.

• You should have 3 - 5 years of working experience as a Finance Analyst/ Associate / Financial Planning and Analysis / Senior Accountant.
• Eager to learn, you have a continuous improvement mindset.
• You must have advanced knowledge in Excel, Google sheet and must curious to learn new tools, technology.
• You should have good presentation and communication skills.
• You should have a strong interest in analysis and project management.
• You should have a team spirit and a strong sense of customer service.
• Your energy and curiosity will help you understand and evolve our processes.
• Must be a Sports Enthusiast.
