TEAM BACKGROUND

You will be a part of the digital commerce team at Decathlon, with a specific focus on

  • Campaign Planning –D2C & Ecom marketplace
  • Traffic planning at a category and channel level – D2C & Ecom marketplace
  • Traffic shaping & increase PPVs
  • Conversion
  • Driving traffic through performance marketing
  • Optimising visibility to meet month GMV targets

Job Description:

The Sell Side Manager will be responsible for driving both traffic and sell-out performance onDecathlon, website and Ecom marketplaces. This role combines shaping traffic through internal andexternal channels with a strong sales focus, ensuring that the online product presentation isoptimized to boost visibility, engagement, and ultimately, sales. The ideal candidate will combineexpertise in optimising SEO, SEM, Meta and platform ads with a deep understanding of e-commercesales dynamics and sell-out strategies to drive revenue growth & excellent customer experience.

Profile

Responsibilities:


Project and Performance Management

  • Traffic planning and management for App, website and marketplace.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders in category, brand marketing and marketplace teams to ensure the optimization of customer and business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maximisation of PPVs
  • Reduction of site bounce
  • Increase customer engagement across platforms

Stakeholder Management / Collaborations

  • Collaborate with Marketing Team, Program Teams & Digital Category Managers to plan and implement effective Tier 1 and Tier 2 sale campaigns and overall traffic management


Qualifications:

  • Masters degree is preferred
  • Experience in the relevant role between 3-6 years
  • Demonstrated expertise in sell side management, CRM and performance marketingmanagement preferably in the ecommerce sector
  • Proficient analytical skills, with a strong ability in data analysis
  • Good collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of analytical tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, etc
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like power BI and Tableau
