YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES & ROLE AS - OSA (OMNI SPORTS ADVISOR - PART TIME/Full Time)

Available Profiles

1. Omni Sports Advisor ( Part time & Full Time)– A customer-facing role, blending sports knowledge, sales, and team collaboration.

2. Customer Relationship Advisor ( Part time & Full Time)- Driving customer experience, engagement, and loyalty at the cashiering & checkout level.

As an Omni Sports Advisor you will be required to work usual retail hours with regular week-offs. The role will be shop-floor based with the safety of our teammates and customers being our main priority.

SALARY - PT (Part Time) role-

• 90 INR/hour + Bonus* 
• Dedicated time : Flexible Hours, on Average : 5-6hrs/day, working on weekends & Holidays. Day Offs managed on weekdays.  National holiday working bonus*

SALARY - FT (Full Time) role-

• CTC Breakup and Range- 3 LPA - 3.5 LPA  (Variable based on experience and individual competencies +20% Bonus)*
• Dedicated time : 100% (Full Shift), 8-9hours/day + week offs, National holiday working bonus*
