RESPONSIBILITY 1

MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY: Develop, enrich, and take care of human capital

RESPONSIBILITY 2

Manage Financial Reporting and Analysis

• Ensure accurate and reliable financial information.
• Perform regular in-depth analysis on financials.
• Ensure the integrity and financial accuracy of our books and records.
• Represent Accounting and Finance with business partners.
• Consult, bring transparency to business stakeholders on financial KPIs, figures and processes.

RESPONSIBILITY 3:

Lead Accounting Operations and Compliance

• Monitor ongoing financial operations within the company, in the area of responsibility
• Oversee the annual statutory financial statements process, including management of the external audit and tax compliance 
• Ensure compliance by managing the internal control system’s performance and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement a team strategy that is connected to the country/BU/ group strategy.
• Actively design internal processes.
• Contribute to constant improvement of the processes.
• Organize, improve and securize the KPIs of specific subprocesses.

• Ready to commit for an experience of minimum 3 years in an international environment

• Successful experience in finance (3+ years in accounting, flows, tools…)

• Successful experience of management 

• Good communication skills (oral & written), you are able to drive and inspire people

• Disruptive / creative : you can easily question, challenge and rethink processes

• Result oriented

• Capacity to adapt

• Thorough & organised

• Fluent in English 

Your workplace is ideally located in Bangalore on New Airport road, within a sports environment (several sports fields are available around our site). There is a work from home day per week. At noon or even during our meetings, you share and regularly practice sports with your teammates
