Profile
You build and manage the development planning in order to ensure the implementation on time.
You design the product, you are responsible for the technical choices. You are responsible for the product validation and conformity.
You manage the industrialization in collaboration with the method engineer and the production team.
You build the technical specifications. You digitally capitalize all the technical data of the project and the product (environmental data, patents, tests, techpack, …)
You optimize the environmental impact of your product, mainly thanks to the use of preferred materials (in collaboration with the materials components engineers).
You ensure the quality follow up and continuous improvement for your products.
You must demonstrate a high level of organization and efficiency.
You are more a project manager than technician.
You are a team player, eager to work with different mindsets and skills.
You will have to build strong cooperation with the other sports, the industrial process and production countries.
An understanding of the supply constraints of production is an asset.
Passionate about sports, you love skating and gliding, the products and the associated technicality.
