Qualification:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in Sustainability topics especially Waste management, Circular economy, EHS, Eco-mobility etc.,

• Knowledge in sustainability & environment topics with qualification in B.E/B.Tech. or M.E/M.Tech or BSc/MSc with background in environmental studies (preferable)

• Internal Applicants: Preferably a Store leader or (Senior) Operations Manager or ZOM (or similar roles) who have been part of Sustainability projects in the City / vertical level.

• External applicants: Preferably someone in operations management role linked with EHS, Solid Waste management or relevant environmental stakes.

• Strong data & analytical skills.

• Excellent project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong communication and advocacy skills, with the ability to inspire and engage stakeholders at all levels.
