Mission
Carrier Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B last-mile delivery strategy aligned with company objectives and customer expectations Manage tenders and sourcing activities to ensure efficiency and cost improvements.
Performance Oversight: Represent carriers' performance, monitor global performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, and conduct regular key account manager meetings to review performance and implement continuous improvements. Leverage data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements (e.g., first-time-right, promise fulfillment accuracy, transport accuracy, delivery costs, NPS)
Market Analysis: Stay abreast of last mile delivery market trends and developments. Utilize insights to benchmark and optimize delivery methods, while introducing new services and options.
Collaborative Initiatives: Collaborate closely with internal teams (logistics, Business, and retail) to drive continuous improvements in customer experience, costs, and processes. Implement and manage cross-dock, hub, and store movements for seamless flow of goods
Negotiations: Negotiate with external carriers to secure favorable conditions and SLAs. Drive negotiations for new prices and conditions, always striving for competitive advantage.
Sustainable Practices: Ensure optimal routes for deliveries, minimizing CO2 per order. Develop and adapt transportation analyses based on market adjustments. Search for innovative last mile and delivery methods.
Strategic Development: Work with B2B business team to create the commercial delivery policy. Understand the needs and provide the required growth.

Key Account Management: Act as the key contact for carrier account managers, reviewing monthly performance and monitoring invoice compliance with contracts.
