Mission
RESPONSIBILITY 1 : LEAD AND EXECUTE STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT STRATEGIES
★ Develop and implement engagement plans for key stakeholder groups, including government officials, regulatory bodies, industry associations, and community leaders.
★ Cultivate and manage ongoing relationships with identified stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
★ Organize and lead meetings, presentations, and events with stakeholders, representing the organization's interests effectively.
★ Track and analyze stakeholder interactions & feedback, identifying trends and opportunities for stronger engagement.
★ Assist in preparing talking points and briefing materials for senior leadership.
★ Provide recommendations for stakeholder outreach strategies
RESPONSIBILITY 2 : ANALYZE POLICY AND CONTRIBUTE TO ADVOCACY EFFORTS, ALIGNED WITH CORPORATE PRIORITIES
★ Conduct in-depth analysis of proposed legislation, regulations, and policy trends, assessing their potential impact on the organization.
★ Draft persuasive policy briefs, position papers, consultation responses, and advocacy materials with minimal supervision.
★ Contribute to the development and execution of advocacy campaigns, including identifying key messages, target audiences, and engagement tactics.
★ Represent the organization in relevant policy forums and discussions, articulating its positions and advocating for its interests.
★ Collaborate with internal teams to align advocacy & communications efforts with corporate priorities in alignment with the organization’s mission.
RESPONSIBILITY 3 : LEAD SPECIFIC PUBLIC AFFAIRS PROJECTS AND PROVIDE STRATEGIC INSIGHTS
★ Take ownership of specific public affairs projects, such as developing a new stakeholder database, organizing a policy workshop, or contributing to a reputation management initiative.
★ Develop project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
★ Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement solutions proactively.
★ Evaluate the effectiveness of completed projects and identify areas for improvement.
★ Conduct independent research on complex policy issues, geopolitical developments, and public opinion trends relevant to the organization's objectives.
★ Provide proactive insights and recommendations to senior team members on potential risks and opportunities in the external environment
