You will be a part of the Marketing & Communication team at Decathlon, with a specific focus on driving organic customer growth. 


Profile

JOB ROLE

The ability to drive organic traffic across website, GBP and our App with special focus on Onpage SEO aspects.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform keyword research regularly to optimize the website for existing content and discover new opportunities.

  • Provide SEO analysis and make necessary recommendations on clients entire website/web pages while coordinating with elements and structure of web pages.

  • Execute strategies for developing content in coordination with SEO goals general and keyword specific.

  • Conduct technical SEO audits - both on-site and off-site SEO including competitor analysis.

  • Collaborate closely with the tech teams to drive implementation of key SEO recommendations.

  • Develop strategies to implement link-building campaigns to align with our content marketing and SEO goals.

  • Adapt to the latest changes by keeping pace with SEO, ASO, social media trends, and other eCommerce marketing industry trends and developments..

  • Be the key contact window between Users and the technical team
  • Challenge the day to day growth of the digital business at the service of user satisfaction

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • Passion for sport, you like to enjoy sport with your teammates

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong sense of responsibility, autonomy and drive for results

  • Recognized capacity to understand business needs, bring structure in a complex environment and lead action plans

  • Strong data analysis skills, ability to perform data analysis and make data-driven decisions

  • You are a technology enthusiast, you care about how things work and you can successfully collaborate with technical experts

  • You are well versed with Digital Media

  • A prior experience in digital media and marketing is mandatory.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience in driving SEO at scale.

  • Prior experience in digital marketing agencies is a plus 

  • Masters degree in marketing is a plus
