Mission

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Role focuses on developing and executing comprehensive internal communication strategies. You will act as subject matter experts and play a significant role in shaping the organization’s communication culture. The role requirement is to work with the Internal teams, various stakeholders, leaders of business units for events and meetings, and the United communication team.


RESPONSIBILITY 1 : OWN INTERNAL COMMUNICATION STRATEGIC PLANNING WITH DESIGN

  • Develop, implement, and/or adapt internal communication strategies across all scales (global, regional, and/or local) to align with organizational goals and effectively resonate with all teams, cultures, and geographies.

  • Establish long-term communication frameworks that reinforce company culture, values, and employee engagement.

  • Responsible for Country Newsletter , Quarterly townhalls  with other relevant  events to ensure integrated and consistent communication strategy & calendar


RESPONSIBILITY 2 : FOSTER INTERNAL COMMUNICATION EXCELLENCE

  • Establish and refine best practices, toolkits and training programs for internal communication excellence.

  • Research and introduce innovative communication methods, such as interactive formats, AI-driven content, or immersive storytelling.

  • Hands-on experience with the Adobe Suite (Ps, Ai, Pr, Ae) and Figma, with a focus on creating clean, professional layouts.

RESPONSIBILITY 3: MANAGE INTERNAL COMMUNICATION AGENCIES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS 


  • Lead the selection, negotiation, and management of external communication service providers (agencies, designers, content creators).

  • Ensure vendors align with internal communication goals, company standards, sustainability  and branding guidelines.

  • Oversee administrative processes, including budgeting, invoicing, and contract management

Profile

EXPERIENCE 

  • Professional Experience: 2–4 years in Internal Communications with design abilities , Corporate Affairs, or Strategic Copywriting. Experience in a retail or global corporate environment is a plus.

  • Strategic Ownership: Proven track record of developing communication frameworks and managing 360-degree internal campaigns.

  • Vendor Management: Experience in managing vendors and managing creative agencies or freelance designers.

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Generative AI for content and data analytics tools for measuring communication impact.

Technical Versatility: Hands-on experience with the Adobe Suite (Ps, Ai, Pr, Ae) and Figma, with a focus on creating clean, professional layouts.
