RESPONSIBILITY 2:

Drive Operational Excellence and Process Optimization in FP&A teams

  • Ensure the FP&A function delivers proactive business partnering and serves as a role model in transparency, quality, ethics, and innovation.

  • Ensure the FP&A function is adaptive and changes as the organization and its needs evolve, promoting dynamic and responsive approaches.

  • Be responsible for the usage of the agreed standard reporting catalog and implementing the related reporting guidelines and governance within their scope.

  • Be responsible for proposing new reporting requirements to the V&P Methods and Tools team so global standard reports can be created.

  • Challenge the current ways of working, identify, and actively contribute to the improvement and optimization of business processes & organizational development within the FP&A function and supported business area.

  • Transform tools, processes, reports, and metrics to accurately forecast business results and proactively manage performance to meet business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITY 3:

Lead Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting Cycles

  • Drive and ensure, along with the team, the annual budgeting, rolling forecast, and strategic planning (BP) processes for their scope.

  • Work with the team and Business stakeholders to ensure that the planning and analysis produced is efficient, controlled, and delivers insight and value to the business.

  • Support the definition and tracking of performance metrics and KPIs aligned with corporate and business unit strategy.

  • Identify and understand the risks and business challenges for the planning and forecasting processes and incorporate them into the analysis.

  • Communicate planning and forecasting outputs in a timely, structured, and standardized basis for analysis & understanding of performance and optimized decision making.

RESPONSIBILITY 4:

Animate Business Performance Management and Provide Strategic Business Insights

  • Drive the preparation and delivery of high-quality performance reviews for analysis, understanding of performance, and making optimized decisions in the short, medium, and long term.

  • Protect the business by securing governance, integrity, and risk mitigation within their scope.

  • Support the guarantee of sustainable value creation and preservation by integrating Business (Planet/Human/Economic) performances in interactions with stakeholders and by driving the actions needed to improve or correct performances.

  • Maximize the value of financial and extra-financial data to make strategic business data-driven decisions and drive predictive models, on the day to day business cases..

Profile

Who Are You?
  • Successful experience in finance (5+ years in accounting, flows, business partnership/strategy )

  • Successful experience of human management 

  • Education qualifications, CA/MBA in Finance preferred

  • Good communication skills (oral & written), you are able to drive and inspire people

  • Disruptive / creative : you can easily question, challenge and rethink processes

  • Result oriented

  • Capacity to adapt

  • Thorough & organised

  • Fluent in English 

Your workplace is located in Decathlon Anubhava, Chickjala, Bangalore on New Airport road, within a sports environment (several sports fields are available around our site). There is a work from home day per week. During our meetings, and shared collectives you  regularly practice sports with your teammates
