Decathlon India’s Digital Product Team is seeking a Digital Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of bits and bricks. Based out of our Whitefield Office and Anubhava Headquarters—where your offices are literally integrated into a flagship sporting hub—you will be the "anchor" bridging high-performance engineering with the physical magic of our 130+ stores. You are the link between code and the customer on the field, ensuring our in-store conversion leads to a seamless, world-class Omni-experience.

YOUR IMPACT (Intentions in Action)

As an Individual Contributor, you will own the digital orchestration of a high-impact perimeter, driving local outcomes while staying aligned with our Vision 2035 of creating deep human bonds through sport. While our Product Managers are versatile across the digital landscape, your journey begins as a key driver of our Omni-Experience strategy. You will be accountable of a perimeter that includes:

• Omnicommerce Amplified: Boosting our digital and in-store conversion rates by bridging the gap between physical retail and our digital platforms to drive ambitious Omni-growth across B2C, B2B, and OIB.
• The "Phygital" Store: Designing the future of in-store engagement through teammate applications and the orchestration of state-of-the-art in-store technologies to  ensure 100% product accountability and "Store-to-Digital" synchronicity.
• Sustainable Commerce: Lead the digital transformation for Circularity—building and maintaining the digital infrastructure for Services, Buy-back, Rental and Second Life programs to ensure our growth is as sustainable as it is ambitious.
• AI-Augmented Innovation: Go beyond standard workflows. You will integrate AI to improve the quality and speed of delivery (from high quality PRDs to integrated test cases to deep user-insight analysis), reducing the time from "Ideation to On-Ground Reality."
• Global Synergy (United Spirit): Partner with Global United Product Teams to adapt world-class tools for the Indian market. You champion the "Adapt before Build" philosophy, ensuring local agility through global scale.

• Experience: 5-7 years as a Digital Product Manager in high-scale Ecommerce, Retail, or Phygital environments.

• Product Quality: A fierce commitment to a "No-Bug" culture. You take pride in the level of attention to details in your PRDs and rigorous post-production tracking.

• Data & System Architecture: You are bilingual in "Business" and "Tech." You understand how PIM and core data systems power the user journey and can discuss solution architecture with engineers fluently.

• AI Fluency: You don't just use AI; you understand how to leverage it to augment your productivity and the performance of your product.

• Voice of the Customer (VOC): You don't manage from a desk. You maintain a consistent on-ground presence in stores, an eye on feedback on digital channels and customer support teams to capture real user pain points to inform your roadmap.
