Mission

We are looking to hire dynamic, vigilant and service-minded individuals for the Customer Satisfaction team at Bannerghatta store. Below are the key responsibilities:


Guardian of customer-centricity in the store

  • Act with a “CUSTOMER FIRST” mindset by finding solutions for all the customers walking in.

  • Be at the service of customer queries at the welcome desk with mediums of Face-to-face, calls, emails, social media, and proactively finding solutions, after-sales, and other touchpoints.

  • Gain deeper knowledge of CX after understanding CRM systems, practices and relevant tools.

  • Make regular decisions with the team (CRM Team + Store Team) to improve the local customer experience suited to our catchment so that Decathlon remains the most-loved sports brand.

Checkout and Cash Flow Operations

  • Optimise Cash Counter Operations for a smooth and efficient Checkout Experience 

  • Ensure billing accuracy and speed whilst avoiding discrepancies

  • Manage Cash Flow records and reconciliation ensuring financial accountability

Promote store business through Digital Sales and Personalization

  • Ensuring fulfilment commitments are met for all online orders

  • Promote brand association and commercial growth through Personalization service (printing/stickering)
