Mission

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Supply Planning & Pre-Season Solutions

  • Demand & Capacity Alignment: Collaborate with sports partners and Industrial Units (IU) to validate $Y+2$ demand projections, establish production capacity plans based on seasonality, and address planning zone bottlenecks.

  • Supply Scheme Definition: Define optimal supply methods (MTO, MTS, CPT Max, CBA, Full Lead Time) by evaluating cost, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), flexibility, and segmentation.

  • Tendering & Allocation: Manage quotations using an eTCO (Equated Total Cost of Ownership) mindset, rebalance business across suppliers within the planning zone, and resolve capacity risks early.

2. Component Management & Stock Optimization (FG & CPT)

  • Subcontracting & Material Visibility: Drive material demand planning to provide clear visibility to suppliers based on S&OP commitments and agreed supply schemes.

  • Data Reliability & Stock Piloting: Maintain accurate master data (LT, MOQ, BOM) and actively pilot Component (CPT) and Finished Goods (FG) stock levels using digital tools (eg, ESP) to prevent shortages or aging/overstock issues.

  • Risk & End-of-Season Management: Coordinate with PSP/ZMP teams to resolve excess inventory before season-end and manage controlled supplier flows.

3. Production Execution & In-Season Agility

  • Production Optimization: Execute production planning aligned with validated supply schemas, reacting swiftly to demand shifts, issue gaps, and operational constraints.

  • Order Implantation & Delivery: Ensure on-time delivery for seasonal launches, monitor supplier MIN/MAX limits for MTS flows, and manage End-of-Life (EOL) product transitions smoothly.

4. Order Pricing, Margin Analysis & Master Data Integrity

  • Price & Margin Accuracy: Maintain accurate pricing, production, and logistics data across models to safeguard margins and ensure correct order execution.

  • Data Monitoring & Reporting: Track weekly alerts/ anomalies via digital dashboards (Tableau, DPCP) and perform monthly cession turnover, Gross Margin, and Net Margin variance analyses.

5. Supplier Performance & Process Optimization

  • KPI Management & SSE Audits: Lead routine supplier performance reviews, assess supply chain risks using Supplier System Evaluations (SSE), and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).

  • Lean & Elasticity Initiatives: Partner with lean manufacturing teams to reduce production and handover lead times, driving supply chain elasticity and synchronization.

Profile

  • Experience: 3–5+ years in Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, S&OP, or Supplier Management within manufacturing, retail, or sporting goods industries.

  • Technical & Digital Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ERPs, advanced supply chain digital tools (eg, Tableau, ESP, DPCP), and BOM/Master Data management.

  • Analytical Mindset: Strong capabilities in margin analysis, total cost of ownership (eTCO), demand segmentation, and capacity planning.

  • Communication & Negotiation: Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders (sports teams, zonal partners, and global suppliers) and manage supplier performance.
