Mission

  • Conceptualize and design an ultra-affordable, lightweight kids' basketball stand toy 

  • Develop toolless, child-friendly assembly mechanisms (snap-fit, press-fit, or interlocking joints) so children can build and dismantle it independently.

  • Create 3D CAD models optimized for plastic manufacturing processes (Injection Molding / Blow Molding).

  • Design compact, flat-pack solutions to optimize packaging and reduce shipping volume.

  • Produce clear 2D technical drawings, CMF specifications, and high-quality 3D renders for prototyping and review.

Profile

  • Currently pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Industrial Design, Product Design, or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Strong passion for sports product design, toy design, and child ergonomics.

  • Practical understanding of plastic manufacturing techniques, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and cost-effective product engineering.

  • Self-motivated, able to take ownership of a fast-paced 3-month design cycle.

  • Based in or open to working out of Bangalore, India.
