Mission
Conceptualize and design an ultra-affordable, lightweight kids' basketball stand toy
Develop toolless, child-friendly assembly mechanisms (snap-fit, press-fit, or interlocking joints) so children can build and dismantle it independently.
Create 3D CAD models optimized for plastic manufacturing processes (Injection Molding / Blow Molding).
Design compact, flat-pack solutions to optimize packaging and reduce shipping volume.
Produce clear 2D technical drawings, CMF specifications, and high-quality 3D renders for prototyping and review.
Profile
Currently pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Industrial Design, Product Design, or Mechanical Engineering.
Strong passion for sports product design, toy design, and child ergonomics.
Practical understanding of plastic manufacturing techniques, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and cost-effective product engineering.
Self-motivated, able to take ownership of a fast-paced 3-month design cycle.
Based in or open to working out of Bangalore, India.
