We have 18 touchpoints and the city will clock 745Cr Omni TO, making it the second biggest City by TO for Decathlon India. The city has rich sports infrastructure, cultural diversity, political significance and acts as a major gateway to many other Northern states in the country! There’s a different feeling being in the capital of the country.

DLF The SUMMIT is a new opening of DELHI NCR, more precisely in Gurgaon. 

This Store will be part of a new mall [ DLF SUMMIT PLAZA ] recently opened, located in the richest catchment for Gurgaon.

The ecosystem is extremely developed with premium societies, schools and sport facilities. The potential of market and business is similar to some stores like Dwarka in Delhi or Prabhadevi in Mumbai.

We a lot of expectations for this opening in Gurgaon in order to catch the local market.

We target to open the Store before Diwali.

Key Responsibilities

  - Safety & Security: Guarantee the safety of teammates and customers, as well as the security of store assets.
  - Operational Efficiency: Drive store processes to boost business speed and commercial efficiency.
  - Supply & Stock: Ensure 100% stock availability and manage the effectiveness of all stock and flow processes.
  - Sustainability: Manage and reduce the environmental impact of the store.
  - Customer Experience: Maintain a "Gold Standard" store image and seamless maintenance.
  - P&L Management: Optimize the store’s operating costs to ensure sustainable growth.

Candidate Profile

  - Experience: A Department Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience and proven success in people management and commercial results.
  - Leadership: An excellent daily manager who balances high standards with genuine empathy.
  - Skills: Strong organizational skills (non-negotiable) and a data-oriented, analytical mindset.
