Mission
Role Overview
This internship focuses on technical compliance, defect prevention, and process validation. You will assist Industrialization and Quality Engineers in evaluating production capabilities, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring 100% product excellence prior to mass production launches.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Review & Techpack Verification:
Review technical specifications and manufacturing instructions to identify potential production risks.
Assist in validating pilot samples against Decathlon technical guidelines.
Quality & Process Control Assistance:
Support the implementation of quality assurance tools (e.g., Master Your Process, Master Your Product).
Assist in analyzing Defect Rates (DPR) and identifying root causes for non-conformities.
Costing & Capacity Analysis Support:
Help gather data on Cost Breakdowns (SAM/SOT manufacturing time, material consumption).
Support studies on production capacity and line balancing for sub-assembly and assembly lines.
Documentation & Performance Tracking:
Help maintain the "Indus Passport" and homologation data for newly introduced products.
Support the team in standardizing best practices across production partners.
Practical knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Problem-Solving Methodologies, and Quality Control.
Hands-on experience in production costing, time-study evaluation, and process mapping.
Direct collaboration with cross-functional technical teams and external supplier teams.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
Basic understanding of quality control tools, manufacturing methods, and data analysis.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in English and basic data tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
