Mission
Ensuring the safety of people and property
★ Ensure that each employee is trained, respects the company's safety rules and uses the collective and
individual means of protection made available to them
★ Ensure each machine has its own risk assessment
★ Ensure the conformity of the technical documentation of the machines
★ Contribute to updating logistics perimeter security documents
★ Build and use tools allowing periodic measurement of machine safety
★ Ensure the continued operation of the site
Organize the maintenance of mechanized installations through the animation of the ecosystem
★ Know how mechanized tools work and their functional specificities
★ Lead, coordinate, develop communication and relationships between Decathlon and internal/external partners
★ Plan maintenance operations, in coordination with operational contacts, in accordance with the maintenance
contract in place
★ Supervise the management of machine spare parts in collaboration with suppliers, ensuring availability and correct supply of stock
★ Plan periodic meetings to encourage partners to respect defined KPIs
★ Encourage cooperation between people to achieve a common goal
★ Communicate constructively and constantly on activities carried out within the ecosystem
★ Create and update complete preventive and corrective maintenance files
Analyze machine performance and define action plans
● Ensure the constant efficiency of the installation and the quality of predictive controls
● Build and manage a risk grid by area of activity, the conclusions of which are understood by the partner,
allowing action plans to be prioritized according to the seriousness/occurrences observed.
● Monitor mechanical and IT incidents by activating the resources necessary for their resolution and proposing
corrective solutions. Initiate and lead committees to challenge the decisions to be made.
● Respect the budget for the cost of maintenance/station, and optimize this ratio (avoid over-maintenance).
● Analyze energy consumption, define action plans to optimize them
● Create tools to measure user satisfaction rates
Synchronize machines and processes to contribute to the optimal functioning of the
organization
★ Collaborate with the various players in the ecosystem to continuously improve the performance of the
mechanized installation according to the operational needs reported
★ Initiate and manage project groups in the service of operational excellence, cost, deadlines, quality
★ Anticipate the changing needs of the site, by coordinating with other stakeholders in the ecosystem
★ Plan and implement all maintenance and reactivation tests after an anomaly
★ Establish, communicate and repeat with the service provider a DRP which integrates the recovery and business continuity plan in the event of an on-site crisis
