Mission
Job Purpose :
This candidate will be responsible for overall Payroll processing testing in Workday and Payroll tool (ADP) integration, Workday Reports analytics & Employee codes migration
Payroll Process
- Ensure the payroll inputs are capturing properly from the Workday to ADP tool to run the payroll
- Ensure the all mandatory fields are captured as per the existing salary input sheet required by ADP
- Ensure the other changes are incorporated in the salary sheets
• Statutory Deductions
- Ensure the proper statutory deductions are performed
- PT & LWF deductions are checked in multiple scenarios
• Reports Analytics
– Gap analyses for the existing reports & Workday reports
– Need to study & share the recommendation if any as per current operational
requirements
• Employee Codes Migration
– Keep the tracker for the new codes created for the existing employees
– Once new codes are created for existing employees, need to start the old data linking
with new codes
– Need to link for all old salary sheets, master data & other sheets as well if any
Profile
Work Location & Role: You will be working directly on-site at [Decathlon Store / Office Location], performing your day-to-day duties alongside the Decathlon team.
Payroll & Employment: This position is managed under a third-party payroll model. This means your legal employer of record and payroll partner will be CIEL HR, while your workplace and day-to-day responsibilities will be with Decathlon.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification : Graduate & Workday Certification if any
Experience : A minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience in Payroll and Workday Tool
Technical Skills : Should have good knowledge in the Payroll Processing & Statutory deductions, Tech savvy with hands on experience on data analytics
Behavioural Skills : Sportive, Pro-activeness & Communication Skills
