Decathlon India serves 60+ sports through 130+ stores, a high-traffic app, and e-commerce platforms. We are fundamentally transforming how India discovers, buys, and experiences sports retail online, in-store, and everywhere in between. As a Product Designer at Decathlon India, you won’t just be "making things pretty"—you will orchestrate end-to-end user journeys that move real business metrics.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Resource Management
Establish and align end-to-end design schedules—from high-level macro roadmaps down to granular team micro-plans—while securing and allocating critical human and financial resources, including building specialized internal and external expert networks to tackle technical needs.
Cross-Functional Design Orchestration
Lead and synchronize multidisciplinary design teams—including Industrial Designers, Packaging Engineers, Prototypists, Modelers, and technical leads—ensuring seamless collaboration across all product development workflows.
Milestone Delivery & Project Governance
Drive accountability through structured milestone reviews, committee reporting, and schedule tracking, directly monitoring project targets across cost, quality, timelines, and sustainability from initial design through official project closure.
