Mission

  1. Manage Supplier on Quality: Ensure seamless transmission and implementation of quality and conformity standards, conduct supplier management routines, coach suppliers on quality assessment frameworks, secure quality-related contracts and documentation, manage the Chemical Management Policy and Chemical Inventory List (CIL) declarations, and guide suppliers toward QMS maturity.
  2. Guarantee Product Excellence: Steer the homologation process through the INDUS OK milestone to validate the 1st Prod OK, co-build and validate Production Control Plans, define final inspection planning, ensure product chemical safety, and challenge specifications for industrial feasibility.
  3. Manage Quality Performance and Risk in Production: Define and track quality KPIs, ensure data reliability in tracking tools (e.g., GEX, DQplay), manage the Quality Risk Score, and deploy proactive risk assessment tools like PFMEA.
  4. Manage Non-Conformities: Drive immediate responses to non-conformities, lead root-cause problem-solving and corrective action plans (CAP), and support supplier continuous improvement.
  5. Manage Supplier on Traceability: Implement Decathlon traceability requirements, support onboarding with digital and traceability relays, monitor shipment-level traceability data collection, train suppliers on traceability procedures, and coordinate traceability assessments (STC).
  6. Define and Pilot the Adapted Indus Plan: Request necessary validated pre-requirements, analyze risks and stakes, allocate actors across all industrialization steps, and manage synchronized planning with stakeholders.
  7. Drive INDUS Players and Enablers: Validate techpack quality, follow UNITED INDUS steps, challenge supply needs, optimize energy/water consumption, analyze cost breakdowns, and implement process stability methodologies (e.g., PFMEA, 3-OKs, SPC/MSA).
  8. Validate INDUS_OK: Prepare homologation deliverables, ensure master samples are representative of mass production, and collaborate on control plans to secure 100% product excellence down to Rank 2 suppliers.
  9. Develop Supplier Indus Autonomy: Implement supplier INDUS autonomy processes for sustainable self-performance and ensure correct recording of performance indicators.
  10. Perform 100% Deliverables & Requirements: Ensure compliance on DPR (Decathlon Production Requirements) and apply technical process/product know-how.
